Horse facility with 8 individual paddocks, shelter, heated drinkers, access to full roping/riding arena. Intermittent 2 acre pasture availability as-negotiated. Owners lease via Contract, feed their own stock, and clean paddocks. Standard rate $125/horse/month. Multiple horse and Student rates available. Short-term rates and availability (event attend or in-transit) rates vary, call for reservations.
