We are a 23 horse stall facility, with LED lighted indoor arena, 2 tack rooms heated wash area, 60' round pen that's being restored, large outdoor arena needs work, but usable, outdoor pasture/pens for your horses, on 17 acres. We also have 2 stalls with hot wire run outs which are an additional fee of $50. Ea. + the rate pkg. you pick. We will be adding a 6' tall round pen. Rates start at $150. For just a stall, no other amenities, $225. For self care, use of outdoor pens, arena, round pen, indoor arena, wash area, tackroom. $250. partial care, we feed once a day, your hay and grain , turnout or bring in once a day ,bedding once a week. $275. Full care, we feed your hay/grain 2 times day, turnout and in, clean up stall daily,
